Current filling lines remain fully operational, and we handle the conversion so they fill with clean air instead of propellants, making the switch seamless and cost-effective for manufacturers.

With clean air as the propellant, the Alu-Air delivers cost savings and enhanced safety for manufacturers, retailers, and end users, without impacting ozone depletion. We support the integration of water-based formulations. With water-based products as the new standard, fire hazards are eliminated, and hazard symbols on packaging are no longer necessary. The container is made of 98% recycled aluminum, drastically lowering the CO₂ footprint. Because aluminum can be endlessly recycled without losing quality, The Alu-Air keeps the material cycle truly closed.

With the unique pressure control unit, a continuous spray pattern is guaranteed, from the very first to the very last drop. Alu-Air can also be combined with a piston option, enabling the dispensing of gels, creams, and pastes while leaving behind all the disadvantages of traditional bag-on-valve systems. The result?
